Last updated October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
Wonward is provided by Skiio, a SkyHub Company ("we", "us"), a business registered in the State of Georgia, United States. When you use Wonward, your agreement is with Skiio, a SkyHub Company. You can reach us at info@skyhubcompany.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use Wonward, you agree to these terms. If you use Wonward for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept them on its behalf; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
3. The service
Wonward is online business software that includes a CRM, project and task management, calendar, team chat, file storage, dashboards and Kii, an AI assistant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wonward within the plan you choose.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Wonward for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- introduce malware, probe or test our security, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Wonward, or get around its technical limits.
6. AI features
Kii generates suggestions automatically. Its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete, so check them before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for what you ask Kii, how you use its answers, and having the right to any content you provide. We may filter or refuse outputs and remove content that breaks these terms. Rights-holders can report infringing content to info@skyhubcompany.com; repeated infringement leads to account suspension.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the data and files you put into Wonward. You give us a limited license to host and process that content only to provide the service to you.
8. Our intellectual property
We own Wonward and all related software, documentation, designs, the Kii character and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.
9. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Service level and warranties
We work to keep Wonward available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonward is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of Wonward, or your breach of these terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Wonward at any time. When access ends, you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
14. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in Georgia. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
