Set up your company in about 10 minutes

Follow these steps in order. Each one takes a minute or two, and Kii guides you through the first few inside the app.

   Create your free account

   Sign up with your work email. You don't need a credit card during the beta.

   • ✓Click Start free
   • ✓Enter your name, email and a password
   • ✓Confirm your email from the link we send

   Pick your look

   30 sec

   Wonward Launch opens on your first sign-in and walks you through setup with Kii.

   • ✓Choose light or dark mode
   • ✓Pick a color palette for your workspace
   • ✓You can change both later in Settings → Appearance

   Add your first company

   1 min

   Companies are the center of Wonward. Deals, contacts, projects and files all connect to them.

   • ✓Enter the company name and industry
   • ✓Add a website if you have one
   • ✓Already have a list? Use Import on the Companies page (CSV from Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot or Salesforce)

   Add a lead

   1 min

   Leads are people you might sell to. Kii scores each one so you know who to call first.

   • ✓Enter a name, email and the company
   • ✓Pick a status, such as New or Contacted
   • ✓Bulk import from a spreadsheet on the Leads page

   Start a project

   1 min

   Projects hold the work you deliver. When you win a deal, Wonward creates the project for you, with starter tasks.

   • ✓Name the project and set a due date
   • ✓Add a few tasks
   • ✓Move a deal to Closed Won to see the automatic hand-off

   Invite your team

   2 min

   Teammates join your company workspace. Admins see everything, and reps see only what's assigned to them.

   • ✓Open Team & Invites from the menu
   • ✓Enter each person's email
   • ✓Assign leads, deals and projects to them from each record

   Connect your tools

   Bring in the tools you already use.

   • ✓Open Apps & Integrations
   • ✓Connect Gmail, Google Calendar or Slack
   • ✓Meetings and deadlines show up on your Wonward calendar

   Ask Kii what to do next

   Anytime

   Kii reads your CRM and projects and tells you what needs attention.

   • ✓Click Ask Kii in the top bar
   • ✓Try: "Which deals need a follow-up this week?"
   • ✓Answers are shared with your team in the company feed
