Refund Policy

Skiio, a SkyHub Company offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a Wonward plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all Wonward orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@skyhubcompany.com and we'll help.

You can cancel anytime from Billing & Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are also handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
