Skiio, a SkyHub Company, registered in the State of Georgia, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here: we decide how and why it is used. Contact us at info@skyhubcompany.com. For data your company adds to Wonward about its own customers, we process it on your company's behalf.

• Account details (name, email, job title, phone, company, sign-in credentials) — to create and run your account. Basis: performing our contract with you.
• Workspace content (leads, deals, projects, tasks, files, chat messages, questions you ask Kii) — to provide the service. Basis: contract.
• Support and feedback messages — to answer you and improve Wonward. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (pages used, IP address, browser and device identifiers) — for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Product emails — to send account notices and, where you agree, updates. Basis: contract or consent.

Payment card details are collected by Paddle, not by us.

• Service providers that host, store, email and process data for us, including the AI provider that powers Kii;
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing;
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active, and for up to 30 days after it closes so you can export it. After that we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. US state privacy laws (such as California's) also give you the right to know what we collect and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Email info@skyhubcompany.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Wonward is run from the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls that keep each company's data separate, and limited staff access.

Wonward uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as your theme. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of Wonward may stop working.
